Removal of data linked to social accounts

This page explains how GeZap users can revoke access from social accounts such as Google, Facebook, and GitHub, and remove the technical data associated with that link.
How to request deletion
- Access your account · Sign in to GeZap using your username and password or a social account.
- Open your settings · In the system menu, go to User > My Settings.
- Unlink the social account · In the Linked Social Network Accounts section, click Unlink for the desired account.
What is removed
- The link between your GeZap user and the selected social account.
- Technical identifiers used to recognize that social account during login.
- Local tokens or permissions related to social access, when they exist.
Removing the social link does not remove operational data inside the contracting company's environment, such as records created in the system, audit history, or information kept for operational or legal needs.
Revocation at the social provider
In addition to unlinking the account in GeZap, you can also remove permission directly in your social account settings, such as Facebook, Google, or GitHub. Each provider has its own screen for managing connected applications.
After unlinking, GeZap stops using that social account to authenticate your user. If you want to use social login again, you will need to link the account again through the system authentication flow.

If you cannot access the system to unlink your social account, contact the administrator of the contracting company responsible for your GeZap access.
For requests related to data linked to the Meta/Facebook app, send an email to support@gezap.com.br with the subject Meta/Facebook data deletion request. Include your name, the email used in GeZap, and, if available, the company or environment where you use the platform.
GeZap may request additional information to confirm your identity and locate the correct records before completing deletion or revocation of technical data.
