Is there a lock-in period or cancellation fee?
No. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, right in the app, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. No fees, no retention calls.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You create an account, add a card and use everything for 7 days. The first charge happens on day 8 — cancel before that and you pay nothing.
Is the WhatsApp integration official? Can my number get banned?
We use Meta’s official API (WhatsApp Business Platform). Unlike unofficial automations, there is no ban risk from bot usage: bulk messages use templates approved by Meta itself.
Can I use my current WhatsApp number?
Yes, you can migrate your number to the official API. Our team guides you through the Meta connection process.
What is the AI receptionist quota?
Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI usage. You track consumption in real time in the dashboard — as you approach the limit, we warn you and you decide whether to extend. We never charge overages without your approval.
Does GeZap work in my country?
Yes. The system, booking links and messages work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with per-client timezones. Payment is by international card.
Is my data (and my clients’ data) protected?
Yes. Each account’s data is isolated from other customers, with encryption in transit, backups and consent records. You can export your data anytime — including when you cancel.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
You pay Meta directly, at the official per-conversation rate (varies by country) — GeZap does not broker messages or add any markup, so sending costs are as low as possible. Replies within the 24h window cost nothing extra. Your plan’s message limits refer to the volume processed by the platform.
How does photo & media storage work?
Every photo and media file sent or received on WhatsApp is stored and organized in the system — that is why each plan includes a storage quota. As you approach the limit we warn you, and you can extend it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (with prorated billing) and downgrades apply on the next cycle.
What about the Finance, Invoicing and Inventory modules?
